When I bought the house in late June 2021, Omar's had been taking care of the pool for some time. They have continued keeping it nice and clean. My experience with them has been quite short but I expect the service to continue to be satisfactory.
Because of a neighbor's hedge (which I like), leaves often land on my pool making it impossible to keep it free of leaves at all times. Even so, Omar's always gets rid of all the leaves each time they come which is twice per week.

I highly recommend Omar's pool service, we started service with this company 2months ago and decided I owe this overdue review. When we purchased our house back May 2021, we called numerous pool service companies and were either turned down due to the company being short staffed or the company not able to commit to an appointment. I finally found Omar and his service is unbelievable great, he's always on time and the pool is always sparkling clean! I have several other houses with pools and I have high expectations and he is right at the top! Don't look further Omar is the best in

Omar really helped us out when our pool had been let go by the pervious pool service. He returned our call within hours and we had an appointment the next day. He assessed the pool needs and repairs and explained them very well. They drained the pool, clean all the surfaces, worked on the filter and had it up and running with in 3 days, sparking clean and ready to swim in. He was very professional. He is now maintaining our pool...they really are the best pool service in the desert! Thank you Omar.

Sabotaged the pool on our guest rental, during a guest stay, after we fired them. We had tried for 6 months to work with these guys. But they seem clueless or they really don't care. I had to point out that the heater wasn't working because it needed a new igniter (they couldn't figure that out on their own.) Even when that was fixed, there were so many other mistakes they made along the way. We caught them using our pool's filter to vacuum the pool instead of their own portable filter, which just makes more money for them because it means our big filter will need cleaned

Omar is wonderful. I called 6 stores trying to get a part for my filter and no one seemed to have what I wanted. I called Omar and he came out to my house 2 hours later with the part I needed. He looked at my pool and gave me lots of helpful tips. He quoted me a price to service my pool twice a week, which included chemicals, and I was amazed at how reasonable his service fee was. He is very professional and knows how to take care of his customers.
