Chris is the owner now and it wasn’t much better when Dennis owned it. I had high hopes for change. I knew we should have looked around but we have been using them to clean the pool since we moved in, years ago. So, we hired pool care solutions to remove old coating in pool, replace tile and paint the deck. While we were away from the house for a week, the pool coating was jack hammered off and the new tile applied. Then no one showed to work for quite awhile. Well, needless to say ... when they did finally show up to start ... the pebble tech installed was the WRONG type. What we ordered had
