After hearing the opinions and recommended solutions of several others, I listened to Randy Beaver. Randy has been in business for 40 years. He found some things other companies did not see and he recommended they be repaired while he was here. I took his advice and I'm glad I did. Beaver Foundation repair fixed my foundations problems quickly and affordably.
They gave me a 20 years no exception warranty on my "Big Foot" piers and 40 years no exceptions warranty on my "Wall Stopper" wall braces. That is great insurance as long as I live there, and it's transferable to whoever buys my house. My home is now level and stable, bottom line more vaulable. In addition their team was very friendly.
They cleaned up as they worked and were willing to answer my questions to make sure I was satisfied with the work they performed. Finally I have to mention that they were affordable. Their quote was less than half of the quote Olshans gave me and at that it provided more work performed. I personally recommend Beaver Foundation Repair.

They were paid to level a side porch on my house and in the process they completely disconnected it from the house. They have never resolved the issue. They were also paid to level a second floor. They didn’t get it level. Complaints to them fell on deaf ears for months. When they finally attempted to fix the issues, they just caused further damage. $1800 for damage and eyesore. Do not hire them. They do not stand behind their work even though it is “guaranteed”.

Randy responded quickly to our request for a quote to repair of the basement on our Waldo rental. His suggestions made sense and matched the engineer report. He saw a missing beam support that no one else noticed. We got quotes from four other companies, from the big boys to the mom and pop companies. Randy’s quote was middle of the road and one half of the big boys.

I honestly don't understand how anyone could give Beaver Foundation a negative review! It was either a complete misunderstanding or just lack of communication. We purchased our house 3 years ago and were provided with the remainder of a 20 year warranty on the foundation work Beaver had done almost 15 years earlier. We are getting ready to sell and had to call Randy with some concerns. He called us back the same day, was at our house within 24 hours to address our issues and had all the warranty work completed within 36 hours. This company has no problem making an appointment with you or doing the work that is agreed on. However when something goes wrong and you need to get in touch with them to resolve an issue all you will get is a run around. I will not be using them again in the future if more work is needed. I would not and will not recommend them to anyone that needs work done. If you like getting a run around after you pay a lot of money to get things fixed then this would be the company for you.

Beaver Foundaton has been in business over 40 years and I understand why. Randy Beaver has been in my home 3 times in 10 years. Two times for foundation issues, the other a structural situation. He is one of the most honest person's with whom I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. June 2018 I discovered water leaking in our home through our foundation after a two hour downpour. 4 years ago they put a basement under my home and used a good quality exterior drain tile system which for some reason isn't working. After pumping at least 500 gallons of water out of my basement from where water water is getting in between the wall and the floor, the owner said he was going to come out and caulk the cold joint where the floor and wall meet. I told him everything I have read and researched said that that wouldn't work and I insisted there was a problem with the drain system. He said he uses a "special caulk which doesn't fail. My wife and I recently moved to KC and bought our first house. A large part of our decision to purchase this house is that the basement had just been repaired and "waterproofed" with a 10 year warranty from Beaver Foundation. My next door neighbor used Beaver Foundation Repair. I came home from work to find Beaver had dumped all the clay from the bottom of the pit they dug around my neighbors foundation on MY FRONT LAWN. It sat on my lawn until the work was finished & when they placed it back around the neighbors foundation - guess what, the huge piece of equipment they used to pick it up from my front lawn then gouged out all the beautiful grass I had spent over a decade growing thick & keeping weed free!
