We are a family owned and operated company providing quality workmanship and conscientious service to the Kansas City area for over 20 years.
We use only the best materials for your waterproofing needs. We first remove approximately a one foot section of floor around the leaking foundation wall. We then remove the dirt until we are approximately 6 inches below the top of the footing. A socked perforated drain pipe is then layed next to the footing and encased in gravel.
Epoxy Injection is a method used to seal cracked foundation walls and or bond them back together. Epoxy restores the foundation to its original strength and structural integrity. Epoxy Injection is a pressurized injection of a 2 part epoxy resin into ports that are installed along the crack. Polyurethane Foam Injection is a method used to seal leaking cracks in your foundation.

We had water pouring against the back of our house because our back yard slopes towards the back end of the house. When it rained REALLY hard it flooded our garage and I would be shop vacuuming all night and day. They came in, dug out a trench, put in some drainage pipe, and wrapped it around the house to the front where it drains to the street. The back doesn’t even puddle during a torrential down pour now. Had it done two years ago and so far it is still working great. The guys working on it busted their tails. Really hard workers and good guys

I was very pleased with the price for the wall injections and sump installations. They were easy to work with. There was a small issue that they returned and fixed at my schedule. The cost was the original estimate.
The employees Caesar and Edwardo kept the area and the rest of the house clean and tidy, while they completed a very physical and dirty job.
I waited a few months after the work before posting to make sure there were no other issues. I highly Recommend Pankey Foundation.

I had Pankey come out and look at my foundation due to some newly discovered cracks in my walls. They scheduled an appt to get someone out to look at it fairly quickly. After the initial appt determined I needed 4 steel piers put in, the work was scheduled to be completed 2 weeks later. The crew that come out to do the work was punctual and professional. I would recommend Pankey if you are in need of foundation repairs. The total was also right in line with the initial estimate!

The team was very professional and courteous, explaining upfront what they were doing with each step, and took great care to work around our landscaping/fences. What I appreciated was that they, unlike many contractors, didn't play loud music while working. Although it's too early to know if the work they did (foundation piers under our garage) will be effective over time, the garage is now level after their efforts.

Pankey Foundation was, from the first meeting, very professional, told me what needed to be done and how it was to be taken care of. They also advised me about other things that I should do, which I certainly appreciated. Mr. Pankey left me with the assurance of truth and honesty.
They were here yesterday (7/12/21) and fixed the cracks in my basement. The gentleman who did the work, Cesar, was on time, did a great job, was kind and a gentleman, was careful not to track mud into the basement. He also cleaned up after the work was done.

Top notch family business with good family values, treat you like they have known you for years! Great communication, timely service from doing a free estimate to job completion. Even with all the rain, got us in 5 weeks earlier than anyone else could even get out! In and out in two days, workers very professional and polite! Would highly recommend giving Tyler and his crew an opportunity to help you out if you need any work done, you'll be missing out if you don't give these guys an opportunity to help you out!

We have used Pankey Foundation Repair at multiple rental houses we own. They have done a variety of projects for us, always do a great job, and have competitive pricing. The one time we had a slight issue, they came back out the SAME day correct it. We have quit getting bids from other companies and just go with them 100% now. Very confident in their work!
