There are several tell-tale signs that your foundation is in need of repair. Foundation issues can cause many problems that can disrupt your day to day living and can pose serious hazards and safety issues. Also, because state laws require you to disclose foundation damage to potential buyers, it can be difficult to sell a property with foundation issues.
Foundation King installs a variety of water drainage systems to help you solve your water management problems. At Foundation King, we utilize a flexible 60 mil poly-membrane called Mel-Role to effectively stop leaking and around your home. A sump pump system is a critical component of water management to any good system for maintaining a dry basement.
Foundation King offers polyjacking services to repair sunken driveways, sidewalks, garage floors, basement floors, and any other concrete surface where our equipment can reach the area to be repaired. When we are called to assist a home owner or business owner with a free estimate on whether they should level their concrete, or replace it, they are often happily surprised they can have perfectly aligned concrete again in a matter of minutes.

This company has been incredible for us. I was really sad to see the 1 star review. We had a major foundation project done this last spring. The entire process was seamless. They are professional, and did a meticulous job with our repair. We had one minor issue a few months later, and they came back and fixed it without any additional cost. I have often heard of the "tail-light" warranty. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually followed up and took care of the problem. I would recommend this business to anyone...
