We looked around for kitchen cabinets for awhile. The box stores like Lowes and Home Depot were very expensive. We went to factory direct and we love the cabinets we got. They came out to the house to double check our measurements and came up with a better idea for cabinet layout that we had. We got our cabinets years ago and they still like we just bought them! Very good quality. If you need new cabinets, check them out! You will not be disappointed!!

This was a great experience while taking on the challenge of updating our kitchen. The consultant was experienced and friendly and provided different options. Her professional nput made my decision an easy one to go with Northeast Factory Direct for my kitchen update. The cabinets were delivered ahead of schedule and the consultant followed up to make sure we were happy with the product. I would highly recommend.

Brooke was a great help. Even when we had to reorder cabinets, postpone the granite install (due to contractor problems), she was very patient and just kept " helping us. I highly recommend this place for the quality of the cabinets and the staff. I also recommend you use their installers, even if your contractor is willing/wanting to install the cabinets for you. Their staff is professional and skilled.

Renovated a kitchen with these cabinets. Cheaper than big box stores by a good margin. The quality of the cabinets are good. A few of mine didn't come with soft close hinges so I asked them to send me new ones. They sent the wrong ones. Never replaced the hinges and now its a rental and no one has complained about it.
4/5 because I'm sure they would have sent me the right hinges if i followed up but was really too busy to deal with chasing around replacement hinges. It was their mistake that i didn't have time to correct it. overall decent experience. I would recommend them over a big box store

Our experience with everyone there was outstanding, we picked out our cabinets and they were more than happy to answer all of our questions we had. When we went to our appointment with our designer she was great, she helped with questions we had and any problems we ran into with our space and design. We also used them to buy granite for our cabinets and that was also an excellent experience, we went to their provider and I have never seen so much granite in my life to choose from. Everyone was very professional

I was originally going to purchase my cabinets from a different company. I made an appointment with Paula Kinney and knew instantly that I would be purchasing my cabinets from her. Paula did a great job on designing my kitchen. She spent lots of time with me and was available by phone to answer my questions. I am very happy with my kitchen cabinets. I would definitely recommend Paula Kinney to you if you are planning to remodel your kitchen. She is wonderful!

We went to Northeast Factory Direct for our kitchen remodel and we are so happy we did. Shamus Patton took time to lay out our kitchen design and tweak it numerous times to come up with the configuration that was exactly what we wanted. He also thought of many things that we hadn't even considered that made our kitchen function perfectly for our needs. We purchased much higher quality cabinets than the big box stores offer and for a much lower cost. We are thrilled with the quality, service and finished product! We had one item (out of the 28 ordered) that arrived damaged and Shamus worked on it

We worked with our contractor and ordered white shaker cabinets, and worked with Brooke to design the kitchen plan. Brooke was wonderful in making several edits to our plan, and even answering calls from us on her time off to make sure we were able to keep the project on track. There were a few pieces missing or damaged in the order, and Brooke coordinated them to be sent without cost within the next few days. I would highly recommend working with Brooke as a designer and had a great experience and good quality finished cabinet product, at a price that can't be beat by the big box stores.

My wife and I have been very happy with our experience with NE Factory Direct. We looked at cabinets at many places and felt their selection was as extensive but at a better price point. We really liked being able to work on the kitchen design during our first visit and Shamus was fantastic. He was easy to schedule with and responsive to emails. Delivery was on time and went smoothly. Our contractor just installed them and they look great. We would definitely recommend them.
