After a 33 year career with American Greetings Corporation, Paul came to work for Imperial Home Center in 2011 as the General Manager succeeding his father Bill Hodge who founded the company. Paul is 40-year resident of Westlake and is a Bay Village High School alumni. Paul attended Cuyahoga Community College, Kent State, and Ohio State furthering his education in landscape design, horticulture, business, and accounting.

Imperial Home Center did an amazing kitchen remodeling job! It was a great experience from the start to finish. Jennifer W. came up with the perfect layout and was a huge help in the design and selection process. The job started on time and stayed on schedule. I doubted they would be able to complete it in the time estimated because the competitive quotes I received from other contractors were estimating almost twice as long. Imperial's time estimate was correct and even though COVID 19 hit at the end of the project, they made sure that I had a fully functioning kitchen and the job was done and

I had Imperial remodel the kitchen in my Lakewood century home starting in September of 2019. The job started out well, but as time went on, there were multiple instances where the individual doing the work did not show up to my house. Many of these times, it was because they had been sent to another job. Imperial did not communicate this to me unit I called them. At that point, work would continue for a new days, and then stop again. On top this, the job took way longer than originally estimated (about twice as long).

So several months ago I requested an estimate for an insurance claim. Jennifer from imperial came. She never gave me estimate despite multiple calls. So today I stopped in. Jennifer apparently quit. The gentleman there was rude and oh too busy to be bothered. Guess they are doing well and don't need my little job.
