I signed up for service more than a year ago. I would not have stopped service but for budget issues. The staff has always been professional, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. Before my year contract was over I explained to the office person that I would need to stop service. They did explain that I had a contract for a year. But they worked with me.
Anyway I appreciate their professionalism. They always knocked at my door to announce themselves. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to everyone.

I did not understand at first how this business had a perfect 5.0 rating with 27 reviews. Now I do. Todd is the consummate professional, both highly knowledgeable and completely upright and honest. He stands by his work and will come back to make sure the job is done right if anything pops up after his visit. It's possible you can get a cheaper deal somewhere else, but you will not get a better value anywhere, the job done right the first time by an honest expert, with a guarantee that any problems after treatment will be corrected for free. 5/5.

We love Mitchell. Within two weeks we noticed the number going down with the amount of bugs we had. And if I notice one in a certain area of the house inside or out, he takes care of it. He is very respectful and kind. We love the office staff and he is the only bug guy we trust! Keep it up PestMan!

Great experience with Pest man. Had a Termite inspection for a VA refinancing. A small issue was located outside my back patio area, which required me to fix. Once fixed, another scheduled appointment was done, which they completed with no issues. From start to finish, inspection, re-inspection and customer service was professional and prompt with documents needed for this refinancing. Kim was able to help me through the process and emailed all paperwork to me very quickly. Thank you guys

So ants decided one day to just move their entire colony into my house (exaggeration of course) with a newborn baby I was extremely concerned because they were everywhere. They were in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and no matter how much I cleaned and sprayed they kept coming back. So I called the property management and they sent these guys. I have not seen an ant yet. Usually you would see one or two lingering around but I don't see any. Needless to say I'm happy. Thanks guys for a job well done. Oh I might add the time frame for them to come was between 10-12 and they arrived 10
