Like the other reviewers I came to yelp to find someone who could provide better pest control. We've had Brad for over a year now and what a difference his service has made! We used to have way too many black widows in our backyard and with little kids running around it wasn't a good feeling! We had a local "big name" pest control company for a few years and the problem just kept getting worse. We had Brad come out and spray monthly and from the first service I haven't seen a single black widow this year. I joke sometimes that our old company must have been just spraying

Brad is fantastic! He lets you know in advance of his visits, asks if you have any special issues, and is always very thorough and professional. The only bugs we find inside our house now are dead and that occurs on a rare basis since Brad started doing our pest control. I will never use anyone else!

We have used On Point Pest Defense for over a 1 1/2 years now. Brad is always courteous and flexible. Once, he was on vacation and we had a sudden pest issue. He made sure we were taken care of immediately. He even de-webs all of my patio furniture. We never worry about going outside and our home is very well protected. Thanks, Brad!!

Brad is the best in the business. He is always on time if not early. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He also is very easy to get ahold of as he owns his business so you don't have to call some office and talk to some random person. Most of the time you can just text him. He will send reminders before you appointment to make sure it still works for you. You can't beat his price either. He is a dog owner and lover so you never have to worry about your dogs if you aren't home either. The owner of the business doing the work has so many advantages compared to the bigger companies

NO BUGS now thanks to Brad, when Brad started servicing my employer the difference has been amazing so I tried him at my house and again, no bugs! Both places we had bugs , no other pest control service could eliminate them. They all told us it was impossible to get rid of them, On Point is the only way to go!

Bugs are not our friends. When we were looking into hiring a pest control company, reputability and reliability were our main concerns. Brad's company came in at the top of our list precisely because of what I just mentioned. His responses were prompt and friendly. He arrived to our home within the expected time frame and did a thorough job of spraying inside and outside our home. He reassured us that we were in good hands and safe from pests. I decided to check out Yelp to find a pest control
Company and I am very glad I did. We have see. A HUGE difference since we had him come out and I haven't seen an alive bug since! We were seeing them on the outside of our home and o longer do! As well as small black spiders on the insane- no more! Definitely going to be seeing him monthly.
