We had such a great experience with Russ from A Cozy Fireplace. Russ came out to measure and select the best fireplace for us to buy. Russ advised us that ordering the new fireplace could take up to twelve weeks do to covid. The wait was well worth it when Thomas and his staff installed fireplace. We couldn't be more happier looking at our fireplace everyday. Thank you Russ and your staff at A Cozy Fireplace. You guys are the best!

Their prices for the products and installation were the best we found. You can shop around if you want, but the customer support, expertise and pricing here are all outstanding. We searched numerous fireplace stores in the northern and western suburbs before stopping into A Cozy Fireplace. We were immediately impressed by the wide selection of both fireplace doors and gas log sets. In addition a great selection, they were also able and willing to customize options for our specific design. Russ and Fritz were both extremely knowledgable and worked hard to help us. So happy with our new fireplace door and logs! We came in on a weekend and Fritz took the time to explain all our options to us and helped us pick the oerfect masonry door and gas logs for what we needed. He came out to measure and help us select the color and style of our custom door and was great explaining everything while installing. So happy we found A Cozy Fireplace - they are the best!

Perfect experience. These folks are very knowledgeable about. Fireplaces. I needed custom fit doors and Fritz came out and measured and showed us samples. About 4weeks later the doors arrived and were installed and look great. In between I went to the store and asked about re-arranging my gas logs for a better look and they were happy to help with that too. Very happy with the product and service.
