Denver Dryer Vent came out and did a very thorough job cleaning my dryer vent today. I couldn't be more please with the service. The gentleman was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job cleaning the dryer vent. I don't post reviews very often but because of the exceptional service I received today, I felt compelled to do so. I would definitely recommend Denver Dryer Vent - in fact I will be sharing my experience with a couple of co workers who were looking to get their dryer vents cleaned.

We had Taylor out here yesterday (6/20/19) to clean out our two dryers that we have. One of the dryers was broken and was going to be replaced but we still asked to have the vent and hose cleaned out since it was needed even if we were replacing it. Today when we went to replace the dryer we found that nothing had been done and lint was still completely piled up in the vent and hose. We sent an email to the company in hopes they could resolve the issue with a picture (which is attached below) and nothing came of it expect for them saying they did everything even though the image proves differently

Very professional company. The owner was wonderful. Helped me get set up with a tech on the weekend. The two techs that showed up got right to work. They showed me what they were doing, suggested a new hose (I'm surprised the old one was still working, it was so bad) and put everything back nice and neat. On the way out, one of them saw the sack of trash I had put next to the front door and asked if he could take it out for me. Both were professional as well as kind. I highly recommend. Thanks!

The only reason I am giving Denver Dryer Vent two stars is that Josh does a fair job of communicating. Service provided by Taylor was poor. Afetr being here for 57 minutes he said the dryer vent was clear - he did not use a vacuum as stated in their description of work. a couple weeks after this service was performed, my dryer started giving the clogged vent signal again. I requested another tech come out to reinspect and clean the vent (taylor was unprofessional and in my opinion physically unable to perform the work). After several cancelled appointments and long waits in between emails to Josh

Ripping off a customer - as simple as it could be :(
The quote was for $150. I was nice enough to take off an elbow so they can have an easier access to the duct. Big mistake that cost me 50 bucks. It took me 2 minutes to take off this elbow and I am not a specialist. I guess a person who does this on a daily basis would take them even less time to put it back on. I wasn't home at time of service and whoever did it, decided to put the elbow back and charged me EXTRA $50 for this service. I understand you

I have no idea if it works or not, he didn't move it back, clean up, use the vacuum etc, literally nothing stated in their website.
He showed up, ran a brush thru it once, charged $150, then left, all within 15 minutes.
Said he didn't have his company truck?
Told me I needed to remove the screen from the roof vent, but said he doesn't go on roofs and has a guy that would do it for an additional $120

After almost 20 years of having my gas dryer vented into our garage, I finally called the experts at Denver Dryer Vent to get it handled right! Amazing service- professional, knowledgeable and really saved the day in our home. Our dryer vent was so clogged it caused a condensation leak, which consequently leaked to the first floor. Honest company. I thought my dryer vent was clogged but Josh recommended I have it looked at by my roofer bc I had just had my roof replaced. I appreciate that he helped me troubleshoot the issue before coming out and charging me. Turns out it was the roofing companies mistake and they are going to fix it for us. Had an appt with Josh. He came out the same day i called towards the end of the day. took a look at my dryer vent outside and how clogged up it was. To preface, i'm a new homeowner and the house i bought has been remodeled. The way they installed the dryer vent is not how you would do things traditionally and my vent keeps getting clogged. Josh looked at the problem, said he would go to home depot that evening to get a part that he thinks will help and will reduce the time i spend cleaning it, came back the next morning and took care of it within an hour. I thought he was resonably priced
