My oven broke. Tomorrow is thanksgiving. Called another company that was suppose to fix it after I received the part. They had to cancel because the technician got in a bad car accident. CCAR was going to be my heroes. They said they'd come today between 4-7. It's now 7:45. No show. No phone call. I called the company and no answer. Their mailbox is full. So it'll be an interesting thanksgiving.

Fast, efficient, affordable. They came, they fixed, they left me smiling. It all happened quickly. I keep their number on my fridge just in case I need them for other appliances. IN this case, they came and fixed my fridge which was leaking water. He called me on his way and was very accurate about what time they would arrive and the cost of the job. I don't use home insurance for these types of jobs anymore, because it is worth paying extra money to get someone who you like and who does a good job.

So exited, just got my first home in LA... Anyways, kitchen is a big deal for me and I was even more excited to get all the appliances with the house ... First night is a nightmare, electricity went down and in the morning fridge is out... Called the guys around, everybody is booked for a week ahead (hell yeah, long weekend) ... Long story short, "CC appliance" sent me a guy (think his name was Sergy)... he showed up in an hour and fixed it in 20 mins and the bill was low. Honest business, great service and technician is the BEST.. It is really hard to find a great service in Los Angeles

I called on a Friday after 5pm, and they had somebody over within 30 minutes! He was able to come back the next day, Saturday, to replace the washer pump. Very reasonable price. Very professional and efficient. I definitely recommend them.
(Two other companies I called weren't able to help me, one hung up, and the other doesn't do stackable washer/dryers - CC Appliance Repair does)!

Thank you Tandy for your expert repair of our Samsung three drawer refrigerator. It is only two years old and stopped working. Tandy came out the same day I called and figured out it was a motherboard relay and made the repair immediately. He could have told it needed an expensive motherboard replacement but instead is an honest and amazing repairman and only charged for the work required. I will be calling him again for any other appliance repairs needed in the future. It is wonderful to find someone who knows appliances and has integrity. Thank you again Tandy! I would have given him 10

The service was great! the price was cheaper than I expected. They had to move my stove to get to the fridge, and they never gave me a hard time about it. It was such a smooth and stress-free experience. Not to mention they didn't charge me for a whole new compressor, when they could have abused of my ignorance, and only charged me for the starter plugs (i think that's what they're called).

Professional and fast repair!
My BF was getting so frustrated after our gas dryer stopped working problem, after spending hours and hours on the phone with the manufacture, and getting no where... on top of taht we are going out of town the next day. We found C&C online and decide to give them a try, came out on the same day :) fixed our dryer in time just before we are scheduled to be out of town. Also helped with our Viking stove problem too! Will definitely use them again :) thank you so much!

Simon did a great job. Fixed the fridge with no problems.
The reason I took off a star is only because a specific time for return was never made, so I ended up having to call to find out when Simon was calling back. Luckily we were flexible in our time so it wasn't a problem.
I would definitely use CC Appliance Repair again.

Honest and hardworking; My GE microwave stopped working and my regular appliance guy was out of town so I decided to give CC Appliance a chance based on their reviews. The technician showed up in less than two hours, found the problem and gave the estimate which was in my budget range; he came back early next day and in 45 minutes I had my microwave working.

You can normally catch me using my Yelp mobile app to find a good place to eat around me rather than in the kitchen cooking. But the time came to throw a dinner party when I now had to scramble to find someone to come out right away. I called around to about 10 different places and everyone gave me a 48 hour turn around. And when I called here they told me they could come out the later that day. Who can say no to that?
Now I don't know too much about repairing anything having to do with appliances but clearly that is why there are professionals to do that

Found a great repair service in Los Angeles! I moved into my hubby's apartment after we got married only to find that he had been living with a rundown refrigerator for far too long.
The manager of the building attempted to fix it himself and I had serious concerns about his attempt. Low and behold he only made it worse.
