I Bob!! My experience is very similar to other customers like Amanda Y. I had issues with my washing machine. It was leaking water and I went into panic mode. I called a few businesses including one I've used in the past and referred many friends to. They all could care less and were very dismissive. I was able to schedule a time with Bob within 24 hours. I was going out of town so I had to schedule the actual repair a few days later but Bob advised me on a temporary fix to give me piece of mind while away from home. I appreciated that so much. Bob is an honest and straight to the point

Bob at Best Care saved us this Christmas. Our dryer started screeching and stopped working last Friday night, and left us with a big load of wet clothes sitting in a basket. We just finished a remodel, and we're in the process of washing all the clothes in one of the closets that are unwearable due to construction dust. When I called our local appliance store/repair business, they told me it would be early January before they could come out.

If you've ever had a 2 star experience by a 5 star rated business on Yelp, and then started wondering whether you can trust Yelp's ratings, in this case, the answer is yes. Bob is everything Yelp reviewers have said he is. I had a dryer full of wet clothes, family coming to visit, and was in a panic. So glad I found Bob on Yelp. A+++ five star service from Bob at Best Care Appliance Service!
On Sunday evening my dryer stopped working. Monday morning I called numerous technicians and none of them were able to come within 24 hours.
He took my call and was at my house within hours, dryer was fixed within minutes. Professional service, incredible attitude and wonderful attention to detail.
Highly recommend using him for any future repairs!!!!

I called around noon and told him the issues I had with my LG washer. I’m reasonably mechanically included and concluded it wasn’t from the pump I clean / drain not was the drainage pipe pinched. The pump likely needed replacing.
He told me he would be here between 3 and 6pm same day and texted me his actual ETA. If you’re looking for a courteous and professional contractor to take care of projects that would take you all day - come here.

Bob did a fantastic job! I have a Whirlpool washing machine from the 1990's, and he knew exactly what the problem was immediately and ordered the part. Once the part arrived, he worked efficiently and carefully, and the washing machine works great now. As well, he is a wonderfully pleasant kind-hearted person.
