Came over within a few hours of my call. Fixed my dryer and replaced the hose and clamps, which he really didn't need to but because he was super nice. Also gave me a little advice about my washing machine. I'll definitely call them again when I have another problem. Thanks very much!

Frank was professional and knowledgeable. He was honest and he truly fixed my stovetop. The installers messed up. Just in time for my inspection and move-in. Nobody in town would even look at it because it was not a name brand. Silly, I know. So, thank you Metro Appliance. You are my go to for appliance repairs.

Maytag dryer making a horrible noise, turned out to be a bad idler pulley. Frank from Metro was very proffesional, he was here for my appointment much quicker than expected. Repair was made in about 35 minutes. He was very curtious and explained the procedure as he worked. I would rate the overall experience as top notch.

A real human answered and came tech came in 2 days! Incredible communication! Competent and friendly. No fooling around, right to work. I don’t know $ value, but it saved me from having to buy a $5k fridge highly recommend! And ask for Frank M. I hope I don’t have to use again, but they will be my first call!

John from Metro Appliance Services (Irvine) came to fix our old (but used to be top of the line) Maytag washer. There were parts that were no longer available and there were parts that required rebuilding from CoreCentric Solution of Illinois (we are in Southern California). Somehow, John put it together and restored our old washer (they don’t make quality products like these anymore!). John was truly amazing in his knowledge and skill and professionalism.

Can’t be trusted. I try and give people benefit of the doubt. Frank assessed my dishwasher and said I needed a new pump, the total cost was over $500. I got a second opinion. They said I just needed rinse aid and it worked. I Metro Appliance back to notify them. They were defensive, then said they would look into it and call me back. Never got a call back. $60 wasted.
