We returned home from a 2 week vacation and my dryer started smelling smokey my second load in. I called Prostar after 7pm and Mike answered and scheduled me for for the morning. He arrived on time and informed me of the likely cause of the problem and the cost to fix it. The repair cost was fair and was completed within an hour. He even fixed my finicky latch on my dryer without being asked and free of charge. I am so grateful I called Prostar and I will definitely use their service for any other repair in the future.

Father in law’s ice maker was broke and leaking for a while. I found Prostar Appliance Service online with a 5 star rating from 99 reviews. Mike, the owner, answered my call right away. He was very pleasant. He stopped by that same day. Was upfront about costs. And when the ice maker’s issues were worse than we could have imagined, Mike gave us an honest assessment. He was always upfront about possibilities and costs. Mike worked at defrosting months worth of leaking water that was frozen into the freezer.

Mike, the owner arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem, had the part which was a thermal protector, replaced it, and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. Super nice efficient, and clean. I would call him again if I have a need for repair.

Mike of ProStar Appliance did an incredible job for us. The afternoon before Thanksgiving, The keypad on our KitchenAid oven/microwave broke and Mike worked tirelessly for hours so that we could have our beautiful Thanksgiving dinner. We couldn’t believe that he was so invested in making sure that we had a good outcome and we cannot thank him enough for saving our family holiday. Mike was extremely reliable and did an incredible job under very difficult conditions so I recommend him highly.

Had an issue with my rental property refrigerator, the cartridge type ice maker went out. I was hoping it would be an easy plug-and-play repair just by replacing the cartridge. Unfortunately, the replacement unit I got was not OEM, the wiring harness connection was slightly different. I called Prostar, and Mike who is the coolest service guy I’d ever spoke with on the phone, said he could be at the property the next day. Long story short, Mike applied his professional magic to the wiring harness on the new cartridge and got everything working. My tenant is happy to have ice cubes again. This
