Ty was professional, thorough and quick. He did excellent work diagnosing the problems with my gas dryer, explained everything in detail and went above and beyond with some extra cleaning of the dryer internals. My dryer was up and running less than 24 hours after contacting them. I will definitely utilize this company's services again if I have any appliance troubles.

I hired Fred to check our washing machine based on his Yelp reviews. They were right! He's a really nice person, competent and informative. For his service fee of $65, he fixed our machine. We were definitely pleased and will call him for future work as necessary. It's so nice to have the name of a good, honest repairman!

I don't usually write reviews. But Fred ia a good man and his work is awesome, so I had to leave a review for the first time. I have a Kitchenaid microwave and oven. He came and fixed it nice and clean on the same day I called for a service. I know where to call now when I need a service. Thanks Fred.

Today my kitchen aid built in oven and microwave stopped working. It was my husband's birthday and I had company coming at 6 for dinner. I called Applicance Pros and they showed up at 4. Alex did a quick fix, wore a mask and was definitely a pro. I gave everyone at dinner his business card and highly recommend him. His dispatcher Shakh did a great job of keeping me informed.

So, after the review, Fred the owner called and apologized and couldn't have been nicer and helpful. He has come by to fix a dishwasher issue at my house and even waived the service fee. It takes a lot of character to apologize and go above and beyond to fix the issue. Can't thank him enough for his integrity!

FRED WAS AWESOME!! I had an emergency service request for Saturday as my freezer stopped working and aside from lots of food risking spoilage, I had breastmilk in the freezer for my baby. He was professional, honest and thorough. He got the main freezer job done and will be back again when parts are delivered for the other fridge items. I will call Fred for all fridge needs going forward!!

Dealt with FRED. very professional and he worked with me on my issues i had with my samsung microwave. customer service is very important so this company has that, which i truly appreciate.

Fixed our old washer like new!!! Quick, responsive & Matt the technician did an awesome job figuring out what was wrong & fixing it quickly! Appliance Pros of CA was extremely quick in their online response for my GE baking igniter problem.
Setting up the appointment was quick, and Fred took care of the job in less than 30 minutes and even educated me a bit about my appliances. Extremely kind and sufficient.

My GE Monogram freezer was not cooling well and needed fast and quick service since I had over $500 worth of food in there. Called these guys and they were out the next morning to service it. The whole repair took almost 2 hours and It was fixed same day on the spot. I recommend these guys. Our tech name was, "Mark", very friendly and honest gentlemen. Pros indeed!
