I rarely leave a negative review, but this business has been the worst in their responsiveness and professionalism. We are under warranty, but they don’t are unresponsive. We finally (after months of email and calls) got them to schedule a visit and no one showed up. I will be reporting them to BBB and do my best to give others a heads up before engaging with this business.

This all happened pretty fast - someone came to provide a quote and started work two days later. I felt a bit pressured with regard to timing and price - very take it now or the price goes up. I would ask some questions and instead of directly answering the project manager would just say they are doing a great job in response to a text, didn't feel listened to. I asked for pictures after each step and didn't get any. The two workers were very professional and cleaned up well after - ours was a very messy job. I did have to ask them to put plastic up as disgusting stuff was flying all over the house

In an attempt to get this properly resolved, I have been contacting Attic Perfect with multiple follow-up concerns regarding new droppings and noises but I have now been informed that the new insulation was sprayed atop of old /dirty insulation which also included some roofing material from replacement of the roof performed in 2018. I am quite concerned that the workers felt it appropriate to spray on top of existing material, debris and soiled insulation.
As a result of my inability to get Attic Perfect to come back out to fully resolve my complaints/concerns, I have contracted another company

We suffered pretty bad smoke damage in our house from the Kincaid wild fire in Northern California. We had several insulation companies come out to give bids and none of them could get the job done very quickly. Vlad came out and gave us estimates. He seemed very honest and professional. We ended up using Attic Perfect for the attic insulation replacement and, even though there was water under the house, they managed to do duct replacement in the crawl space. Vlad was very accommodating and fair with the cost. Highly recommend!

I had attic perfect come out to my house and give me a free estimate on my attic. When they left they had turn off my furnace in the attic. I had to call out a furnace repairman. It cost me $150.00 to repair it. ATTIC PERFECT would not reinverse me!! I sent a letter to CORP. and they did not respond!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Had an appointment setup for bid today between 11am and 1pm, got a call and a text at noon that Taylor was on his way and would be there by 1pm. At 1:20pm I finally called the office and cancelled the bid because I had another appointment and couldn't wait anymore. At 1:40pm Taylor calls, no apology whatsoever. He just keeps saying how confident he is in the service he provides. I asked him why he didn't call to let me know he was running late and he said I did call, I called at noon and I was with a customer. Again, no apology, I just get to hear how great of a service he provides. I

Hugely disappointed with the service quality and responsiveness of this business. I was sold an attic cleanup and installation of insulation by Jacob. It all seemed good at the estimate phase (lots of promises plus photos that seemed like quality work plus assurances of cleanup/protection of my house from the debris/dust). On the day of the clean up/installation, I reiterated the contract terms: remove all debris, seal all holes, put 10" of insulation everywhere. The 2 workers did work VERY hard. But there were a lot of problems. The first was that the workers were tossing the bags of old insulation

Had these folks give us a total do-over on cleaning, sanitizing, and rodent proofing the crawl space (it was neglected), attic, and exterior as well as removing the old inadequate attic insulation and replacing it with up to code insulation when we bought a resale last October. It all came with a long-term warranty at a reasonable price. We were very pleased. Then we had the a/c replaced recently and the installer noticed what appeared to be recent rodent activity. Attic Perfect performed as promised. We has our attic cleaned of rat droppings, installed batt insulation, changed the ducting. Each phase of the process was done efficiently, cleanly, professionally. Vlad our sales person kept in contact with us the entire way and was always accessible. I called this company (attic Perfect) after calling several other insulation companies. They came out to my house when they said they would not like the others I dealt with. The technician went up to the attic to see what needed to be done. And just like I thought we needed to get new insulation. Adam was very informing as to what was going on up there and what needed to be done. He showed us pictures of the status of our attic insulation and then started explaining our options.

Thank you so much for the great work! My sister and I totally can feel the difference in how the house stays nice and wam compared to what it has in the past. We also had Rodent Proofing and I feel so much better now know those pests can’t get in! I liked the fact that there is a five year warranty on the rodent proofing. This was a big plus for me... Taylor was who came out for our quote and was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Great personality! He answered all of our questions and always returned our calls with any questions we had for him. After many estimates we chose Attic Perfect to get a whole new HVAC system not based on price because they were pricier than all of the other estimates, but based on the services and the guarantee we were promised and so far we are very pleased with them. Once we signed the contract they started the following day. They took care of it all they sent over an abatement removal company and everything from there on out was a great. The abatement company removed the asbestos and the following day the installers showed up in the morning and finished the following day. They were very professional and courteous
