Repair maintains the best warranty in the industry. Our repairs are covered for the lifetime of the structure. If ownership of the house is transferred, the foundation repair warranty applies to the new owner. Waco Foundation Repair will, at no cost to the homeowner, correct any defects in workmanship or materials that may have occurred to stabilize the foundation.
Steel piers are considered the premiere piering system in foundation repair. Steel piers go deeper than other piers and are designed to reach load bearing strata by using the weight of the structure. This allows the pier to rest on the bedrock. The steel pier transfers the weight of the structure from the unstable soil to the steel pier that is standing on the bedrock.

WFR crew came out to the house 1/22/21 and adjusted the foundation to perfection, the job foreman continually check the inside of the house and the brick work to make sure he was getting the results he wanted and took time to explain to me what was happening and what the expected result was, all of my concerns where addressed and now I can continue my remodel. super competent team and company. thank you

These guys are awesome. Our job turned out to be more involved than predicted but they worked with us on finding the right solution to meet our budget. Every single contact was pleasant. 5+ years and sleeping happily. An Engineer from Waco Foundation Repair came all the way out to professionally explain the entire process. The crew not only showed up and completed the job as expected but also barely left a trace. I appreciated the respect showed by everyone involved. After too many sleepless nights trying to manage water in our basement, we were finally able to sleep and regained our living space. Well, the rains have come again and I have passed along Waco Foundation Repair’s contact information to several people.

I had Waco Foundation Repair install helical piers on my garage that had settled after 20 years. Their pricing is comparable to others that gave an estimate. Lead time after signing the contract was 2 weeks. The installation team was very good and experienced. They also cleaned up really well. Would recommend to a friend.

My experience with Waco Foundation Repair was very good. I could not have asked for more. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, concerned and ready to accommodate my request. I'm a realtor, and my Seller needed to have an inspection done to see if there were any issues with the foundation repair that was done many years ago. All of our questions and concerns were answered and explained. The warranty is for the life of the house just as we had understood, and it will transfer to the new owner.

The wall anchor system you installed repaired our foundation right before my eyes on the day of installation. It will only get better over time. We can live with great security in our home again.
