Services
At Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair, we put our foundation repair estimates in writing and provide a clear foundation repair diagram showing the location of the proposed foundation repair work. In fact, all our foundation repair dealings with you are in writing. You will never have to wonder what foundation repairs you are "getting" for your money.
Concrete pilings are concrete columns that are pushed into the ground under a foundation and are for homes and light commercial buildings. Steel pilings are double walled steel columns that are driven into the ground under a foundation. They are for homes and light commercial buildings. Non-toxic, water soluble chemicals (potassium ions and ammonium salts) are injected into the ground under your building.
Once they are installed, they can be used right away (concrete drilled piers must harden for a week before they can be used). In each location where a piling is going to be installed, a hole is dug next to the foundation. Each hole is about the size of a doormat. The holes go down to the bottom of your foundation.
Once your pilings are in place, your house can be leveled immediately. The leveling crew will raise your house to as near a level condition as possible, pour your concrete patches, replant your shrubs, rake and wash your yard, and power wash all affected paved areas. Unless interior pilings are installed, we will only need access inside your home during the leveling period to measure and monitor the raising of your slab.
Chemical Injection / Soil Injection Foundation Repair is when non-toxic, water soluble chemicals (potassium ions and ammonium salts) are injected into the ground under your building. These chemicals inhibit soil's ability to absorb water so that when it rains your soils do not swell up. Water sticks to almost anything including clay.

We met Jimmy about 15 years ago when we observed what we thought was a foundation issue. He was very knowledgeable about our actual issue (carpentry rather than foundation) and quick to tell us so, rather than ‘suggesting’ a ‘high priced’ resolution. Others that we called for a ‘diagnosis and bid’ were of a different (and high priced) opinion. …Jimmy was correct in his assessment. The guys who did my house are hard working, courteous and very professional. In the last phase of their work, they assessed again the need for installing the remaining interior piers. Based on their assessment, the installation of the remaining piers are not necessary anymore. Their engineer came to confirm that it is really not necessary. They recalculated my bill and I paid less than the original price. All I can say is that this people are with integrity. They could have continued to work on installing the remaining piers and get more money, but they did not.

Kenny explained what they were doing, was plots and friendly, and cleaned up carefully when they were done. Amazing people and service!! From start of contact to present, they have been understanding, friendly, and patient. As a first-time home buyer, I was really hesitant about what kind of work needed to be done.
