I have used them in the past a couple of times. They have always done a great job. This recent visit, I went to them after I had my window regulator replaced by their competition in Simi Valley. The Simi business left a gap in my window causing noise and wind coming through. They were unable to fix it. I went to Above All Glass to see if they could figure it out. It took them awhile, but they were able to figure it out. The best part, they did not charge me anything for the visit. I learned a lesson. I will never go to anyone else to replace my regulator or window.

So I got 4 rocks that hit my windshield and I needed to find a shop. So I called around and spoke to Kevin and Steve...and do they know their glass!!!
I told them I was going through insurance and they dealt with everything, I got my OEM glass put back in (.vs. aftermarket) and paid my deductible. They fine tuned all the cameras and it is PERFECT!!!
THIS IS THE PLACE FOR GLASS!!! (someone else said this also and they are spot on!)

I stopped by on Tuesday and showed them a picture of the windshield moulding coming out of my work van. The guy I spoke with (I didn't get anyone's names) took a look and said "no problem but, I can't get to it till Friday @ noon". I asked "how much", he said "20 bucks". I asked "how long", he said "20 minutes".
Well, it's Friday. I showed up a couple minutes after 12. Was out by 12:25. Cost me 20 bucks! That's what I'm talking about!!!
The one who injected the glue and taped it down was also able to get rid of an annoying squeal in the driver's door window. Solid work, boys! Solid work!

Steve is a PRO and EXTREMELY HONEST. He could have sold me a new regulator and maybe even a new motor for my power window. He explained it was probably only in need of a calibration but was booked for the next 6 days. With a quick Google and a YouTube video, voila my window is no longer stuck open and operates like new. I now know where I'm going next time I need a windshield repair or replacement. Steve not only deserves this review but also a Starbucks card!!

Steve was awesome, due to the urgency of where the damage was on my windshield it was traveling the crack was moving because of the heatwave. Steve was able to repair it he also squeezed me in in less than an hour, I did not have an appointment I greatly appreciate it. Needed my shattered rear window fixed in a pinch and this place did a phenomenal job! I recently had a rock hit my moonroof on the highway and the entire glass cracked as a result. The dealer replacement quote was very expensive, so I called a body shop for another quote and they referred me to Above All Glass, recommending that this was a job they specialize in.

A pebble had hit my front windshield in Jan 2019 and made a small crack 1/4 inch long on the upper passenger side. Since I've seen other cars with cracks quite large I was unsure if the crack would grow. However, according to my research, it would be a good idea to at least seal it to prevent further cracking during temperature changes. During the summer it gets to over 100 degrees.

A rock cracked my windshield, Keith quote me a more than reasonable price, dealt with my insurance and did a fantastic job in just under two hours. It was well worth the drive out to Thousand Oaks. I had a great experience this week with not 1 but 2 cars. Steve (who is the manager) was so helpful and made the things I needed to get done easy and stress free. There was no pressure and the process was pretty easy going and awesome which in my experience is pretty rare at most automotive repair shops. I had a rear window replaced due to a previous window tinting experience/disaster that ripped off my rear defroster strips and a front windshield replaced with all new weather strips and cowl vents.
