Hired Ace Sealing to seal my driveway. Made the appointment a month ago for yesterday. I never received notification as to what time they would arrive. I called at 9 am and left a message. I waited ALL DAY for a return phone call or for them to show up. No call, no show! They proceeded to show up a day late, with no warning. No regard for customer’s time or effort. I will NOT be seeking out their services again.

This Spring I received a quote from Jeff. He then had his employee (who was going to seal and pave my driveway) take a look at it. My driveway work was scheduled the following day. The employee was a no show. Then unfortunately Covid happened, I kept in contact with Jeff who said once it was allowed, he will work on my driveway. Several promising texts turned into unanswered texts from Jeff. I was left high and dry, scrambling to find another company to do the work. Very incompetent.

Place went down hill!!! Years ago had it done with them and no problems. This time they called and said I was on the schedule for the following week. Never showed!!! 3 weeks later got a message asking if I would like the work done, making it seem like I inquired about it before, not stating that I had been on their schedule, and they never showed. Foolish me had them come. It had been raining before they got here, and the ground was wet. When they came to the door we asked if it could be done since the ground was wet? guy said "I don't know". Asked how long before we could drive on it? guy said

I used this company a few times and I was initially very satisfied with their work. The last time was 2 years ago and it was not a good experience. The young lady who was in charge of the job was unprofessional and rude. The workers made up for her behavior by explaining things and being pleasant.

They gave me an estimate and said they'd do my driveway the 2nd wk of September, never showed up and never returned the message I left. Now it's 9/27. Great way to run a business.
