Today, BCI has two divisions, the concrete sealer sales division and the concrete sealing service division.
BCI offers a wide range of services to fit your concrete needs. From sealing and protection to restoring the look of your patio BCI has a solution for you. Concrete Safeguard is a water-based concrete sealer that penetrates from the top down polymerizing the pores and providing long-lasting protection.
We repair minor cracks and missing concrete to most colored and non-colored concrete surfaces. As an option after the repair, the area can be recolored to match existing concrete making the repair less apparent. Visit the concrete tint tab for more information on re-coloring. For those that have paver patios and walkways, we offer some releveling and re-sanding using polymeric sand.
Concrete Safeguard is a water-based siliconate concrete and grout sealer that penetrates from the top down for strengthening, waterproofing and preserving concrete and grout. It protects against hairline cracking and decomposition by polymerizing the pores and providing long-lasting protection. This environmentally friendly sealer is not a surface coating and will not change the physical aspects of the present structure.

Critical: Quality
BCI has ruined my aggregated concrete patio. They sealed it and it turned cloudy. He did send someone out the next season to re-do but once again it is cloudy and looks awful. This is usually due to moisture or incorrect application - either way, unprofessional, inexperienced and my beautiful patio is ruined!

Owner was a great guy, helpful and honest. We have a lot of stamped concrete, including around the pool which was discolored due to the salt filtration system. The results were fantastic, the formula seal that BCI is using looks to be holding up against the chemicals from the pool. Color has returned and looks as good as new. BCI was reasonably priced and well worth the investment.
