Sam Rodell and his team designed an extensive home remodel and addition with us. We took a pre-fabricated, 1960's rancher and Sam helped us turn it into a unique, mid-century modern home in honor of my dad, who passed away. We have been working with Sam and his team for the past 3 years on a house remodel. They have been a delight to work with from beginning to end. Sam and his firm designed and built a house for me. It was one of the best experiences of my life. He listened to what we wanted and needed, and did a thorough job of educating us as to the process and the options.
