We had a leak that soaked our flooring, some kitchen cabinets and dry wall. IRH were recommended to us by the plumbing company who fixed the leak. Lupe,Rocco, Julia and their whole team were all fantastic! They were super responsive, knowledgeable and reassuring.... can't say enough about their attention to making sure we were taken good care of and always easily reachable if we needed to get hold of them. IRH was recommended to me by my plumber after some water damage was discovered in the kitchen. IRH was able to come out within an hour of my plumber contacting them. JULIO was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. This Honest, professional, "IRH WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION COMPANY" company deserves more than 5 stars. This company and their honesty is a blessing that is hard to find these days. They gave me an honest assessment, and did not pull what most of those plumbers & restoration companies will do which is lie and say you have to have people in hazmat suits show up and tear your house up to put all this crap in there when it really doesn't need it.

Thanks IRH and especially Julio for helping us out with leak issues in our condo. His help resulted in us being able to argue that the source of the leak wasn't our fault. IRH did an amazing job of water restoration and remediation on four residential units (two upstairs, two downstairs) that were impacted by a major water leak. IRH responded within an hour or so and demoed the damaged material and started the dry-out all in the same day. They worked great with our insurance and construction companies. Julio, the field supervisor delivered excellent guidance throughout the entire process and Cindy provided terrific customer service. I highly recommend IRH!

Lupe and his team came recommended by the plumber who responded to our pipe burst, and they were the right team for the job. The IRH team came out and took care of business. I had a pipe burst on the first day of the coronavirus lockdown, water ruined our hardwood floors downstairs. One of the best things about IRH was having Cindy there on the phone, always ready to answer, always on top of things. I cannot say enough good things about this team, if you are in a jam, IRH will do a great job. They know how to work with insurance, too.

We placed a call at 4:30 pm about a stoppage in our bathrooms and drainage line. Mike the plumber shows up an hour later and resolved 3 of our issues with a smile and high professionalism.

I had a leak from my roof into the inside of my wall. It had been going on for years but I didn't notice until my paint started to bubble. I called IRH. They came out, sealed off the area, and started work. They chiped away and pulled out all the drywall and mold. They were professional, clean, and nice. I will reccomend them to everyone!

I called IRH in place of another business that we used in the storms two years ago, and I'm so glad I did!!! Albert and Rosario (s/p??) came out the same day, assessed it using those fancy moisture reader things and gave me a few options. Since it wasn't as bad as the last time, we decided to have blowers/fans put in the room. After pulling up the carpet and padding, he brought the equipment that day, left them for 3 days, and came promptly to pick them up on a federal holiday. Although I'd much rather NOT have

Albert is really informative and walks you through your concerns and preformed a lot of the work himself. His team of helpers Riggo & Freddy preformed the finishing touches on our job. Clean up was spotless and considering our situation much better then expected. They also worked with me on the costs which was very fair for the scope of the work. I highly recommend this company.

So the s*** hit the fan a few days after Thanksgiving literally a drain pipe upstairs at our apartment building took a leak and kept on going. It started with Albert coming over and basically handling it like a true professional and even helped make my cat's lives easier while I couldn't be there full time. They took absolute Complete Care of my house my belongings furniture bedding everything all put in boxes all labeled. Professional wall barriers installed and excellent air cleaning machines. I highly recommend IRH restoration. I had a major leak in upstairs bathroom which caused major damage to two bathrooms, downstairs bedroom, and garage hallway. C&C Plumbing recommended IRH Restoration. Lupe and his crew were awesome! Excellent communication from Lupe and his staff throughout the whole project. Lupe had his staff started work that very day. Julio H., field supervisor, conducted a very thorough inspection of the damage. IRH started their containment protocols right away! Wow, talk about feeling vulnerable and confused. When the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom fell through because of a leak from the upstairs shower, we didn’t know what to do. And to make matters worse, our insurance agency couldn’t have been quicker to let us know they wouldn’t be doing anything to cover the damage and that we were on our own on this one.
