Brian came over within 5 hours of my initial call (was told 8 hours initially!) and was so kind and helpful. He even explained how to avoid the situation from happening again and gave me a few tricks on how to check myself before calling next time. I really appreciated that he took the time to teach me how things work. I will definitely ensure to call them again, pricing was fair and upfront before they even showed up.

I just had Colorado Sewer Service out to fix a backed up main sewage line and I was very pleased with their service. They came out to my house pretty quickly and cleared the line which had root intrusion and scale buildup. They took the time to clear the entire diameter of the pipe and gave me some tips on how to keep it clear. They also let me know that the pipe is in great shape and does not need a replacement, which I was thrilled to hear. They are honest, friendly & hardworking.

Just called in to follow up about my service. Received a condescending woman on the other end of the phone who continued to talked down to me and berate me. When I told her she didn’t have to me so mean to me, she then proceeded to talk down to me further. The actual technician was nice and extremely helpful. This woman should be fired.

We had used this business for years with the same service person who has left their employ.
Made an appointment last week for today with a 4 hour window which is long for these days.
The window was 12-4 so no plans possible for entire afternoon.
Someone finally called at 4:45 to come over.
Passed on the service, will find someone who shows up, or at least gives you the courtesy of informing you they're running late.

I contacted my landlord because I accidentally flushed the gate/garage door opener down the toilet. They showed up, on MEMORIAL DAY in no more than 25 min, had the toilet off and the the clog removed in 15 min, from text to thank you goodbye in an hour and 15 min. Sergio IS COLORADO SEWAGE COMPANY. The man was smiley, had good conversation, and made me forget I flushed a garage door opener down a toilet—kinda—we talked a lot about it—but I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else doing it. All is good now and I owe this man a burger and beer—but he settled for $7

We had water backing up in the basement from the floor drain and called Colorado Sewer Service. We couldn't be more pleased with their quick response and the technician's knowledge and professionalism! He got our problem solved in a reasonable amount of time, explained everything to my husband and made a suggestion for an alarm on the drain for the future. We recommend this company, and will use them again.

Fast affordable sewer service. Our technician, George M. was personable, knowledgeable and thorough, and fixed our clogged sewer quickly and cost effectively. He let us know exactly what he found and gave us good advice that will keep everything running smoothly. We plan on using this service again in the future and will be sure to ask for George when we do.
