Rendon Remodeling & Design was founded by Fred Rendon after working in the remodeling business in Northern VA for over 30 years. After a career in Toxicology research, Fred discovered that he had a love and interest in construction from a long-time friend who owned a remodeling business in Northern VA.
Fred has earned a Virginia Class "A" license and a Certified Remodeler (CR) certification through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). This program assures that he has comprehensive knowledge and experience in residential remodeling as well as a commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.

We used the Rendon team for our kitchen remodel. This is our second kitchen remodel experience (in a different house), and first time using Rendon, so we knew what to look for and they exceeded expectations. From the moment I got off the phone with Karen after our initial screening call, I knew this was the company I wanted to use.
Mike helped us define the scope of our project and what to expect, especially during a pandemic with supply chain issues out of their control. The design process with Amy was thorough and detailed and the execution by Joey and his team was perfection.

We worked with Rendon to have both our kitchen and back patio remodeled. Being a family owned business is what appealed to us from the start - and I am definitely pleased with the results, the price and the service end to end. Any surprises were handled well whether a discovery made at demolition or a design change by us. They stayed within budget and if we requested a change, they were very clear about what was going to be over. Awesome group to work with, we will definitely work with them again in the future.

The Rendon Team is simply amazing. They recently completed a complete kitchen remodel for us, from initial design to making sure the new cabinet doors were aligned properly...and everything in between. They are perfectionists who care deeply about doing the job right. The entire crew is polite, professional, and exacting. We simply cannot say enough good things about them after using them for both a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Simply put, if you hire them you will not get a better job anywhere else.

Rendon remodeled our kitchen 5 years ago. We enjoyed working with them so much we hired them again to redo our upstairs bathrooms and master bedroom. They had great attention to detail and brought in trustworthy trades people. If an issue came up, they took it upon themselves to make it right without question or argument. Rendon Remodeling worked with us on the design of a deck and ultimate construction of several years ago. The deck turned out decently and has held up quite well. When we discovered a problem with loose staircase balusters five years later, we emailed Rendon Remodeling asking their advice. They promptly came out determined what the issue was, worked with the vendor to get parts for the discontinued system, and came out and fixed the issue.
Joey over at Rendon is absolutely fantastic. To back up their work and fix an issue that cropped up five years later is literally unheard of. It really says

We recently completed a major renovation of the first floor of our home with Rendon Remodeling. We chose Rendon because we wanted to work with a smaller, family-run business. We were not disappointed. From the very first meeting Mike made us feel very comfortable and confident that all of our concerns and wish-list items were being addressed. I never knew how much I would enjoy a screened in porch until I got one!! It was a long process, but totally worth it.
