He had been recommended by another type of contractor. After explaining what we were experiencing and asking when he could come out to work on it, he seemed annoyed. He said he didn't want to be bothered with something that "might get too complicated". Turned out someone else was able to solve the problem - which landed up being VERY simple - over the phone, without an onsite visit even being needed...

This company installed a heat pump/AC unit for $7,500.00 in 2014. When it suddenly quit working in June of 2016 I called and was greeted with a crabby response of "it's too hot to work" "I'm not coming out." Hmmmmm, not what I would call good customer service. I called another contractor and had someone out the next morning and it was fixed in just a few minutes.

Do not hire this man! he is rude and unprofessional and lacks in knowledge and integrity.We hired Jim Callison to install a new heating and cooling system in our home February 2015. We have a zone system which he claimed to be qualified to handle and charged us $8500. For a Frigidaire unit which he claimed was top of the line.In April when needing to use the AC we noticed the unit did not shut off and the rooms were all different temperatures. We called Jim and it took multiple visits with other so called experts regarding the zone system. In July with the temperature reaching 115 degrees and after
