Had another great experience. Our fan for our upstairs unit would not shut off on a Sunday evening. I called and left a message and got a call back in under 10 minutes. Mark said he could schedule someone to come out the following afternoon. The next morning that had a cancellation early so called and came out at 8. Same tech who did install came out on the service call, knew the unit and found a shorted wire and completed a quick repair. Great service all the way around and would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

This week is the 3rd time I have had this company out for a problem on one (or the other) of my old Hvac units. They have been professional, on time, fairly priced. I never have to call them back or have someone else out, they fix it the first time. They always find a way to make it out to my place within the day or two, if not sooner. They make you feel like their priority. I've had their maintenance plan as well, I didn't have to worry about following up, they always called to schedule those with me before it was time. All in all, in really glad I found these guys.

We called Mark Daniels after two other AC companies came out to fix an issue causing a leak in our ceiling. Both companies had been assigned to us by the warranty company and each took about a week of us calling and trying to obtain their diagnostics submitted for approval to the warranty company. We were finally so tired if spinning our wheels we decided to just look up a company with good reviews that we could trust. I’m on vacation, house sitter tells me AC blowing hot air, she turned it off at night. Next morning same! I called a company that Ahwatukee 411 recommended, they couldn’t come out until the next day! Called Mark Daniels they were out in a few hours! They called my house sitter they were on their way! She met him there, she was at work! Needed a compressor & other things, I literally had to trust them, me being a single woman &out of town! Zachary called gave me an estimate, told him go ahead! My air conditioning unit stopped working late in the afternoon on the very day we hit 118 degrees as a high for the summer. I called Mark Daniels Air Conditioning they set up an appointment for the following day with a window of service between 2-5pm. Much to my surprise i got a call back saying that a technician is in my area and would squeeze me in after his final appointment for the day around 6:30pm

Mark Daniels and his team, Went above and beyond for my family. Our AC went out a day before we were to bring home our new Puppy. Unfortunately, we needed a full new unit.
