We requested a tech to come out and replace the fan motor on our AC outside unit. After he finished he went right into a high pressure sales pitch for selling us a new inside and outside unit. He stated if I signed a contract right then for $8k, he would provide a temporary fix. Otherwise it would be $465 and only warranty his work for 90 days. I told him we would shop around. He charged $78 for a "diagnostic fee". Mysteriously, within an hour of him leaving the outside unit started smoking and leaking fluid everywhere. We really enjoyed having these guys come give us an inspection of our A/C and an estimate. They offered great advice, and most importantly they did not try to sell us something we simply did not need. I really liked the team that came by. If the business owner sees this. This is the second time I've called Annaville AC and this is the second time they came out within the same day (hours) and fixed my unit for a reasonable price.
I tried filing through my home warranty when my AC unit stopped working, and after waiting 4 days in a sweltering house, the warranty company called me the day of the appointment and cancelled due to personal issues with the technician. I was going to have to wait another 5 days for an appointment.

So, Our Air Conditioning goes out on a Saturday, I am at work, the wife and kid are at home...it is the middle of a 100 degree day in Corpus Christi. I heard an ad on a talk radio show I listen to in the morning about a week earlier talking about free overtime, and how they respond 24/7. They arrive at the house in 45 minutes and fix the problem in less then an hour. All for under $150.00 They did not up sell us, tell us our system is shot, nor did they price gouge us for the call on a Saturday. Awesome Job, Kudos.

I have used Annaville A/C for the past 12+ years and have found them to be very professional, courteous and willing to take the extra time to make sure that we are satisfied. They come out, regardless of the time, to make sure our system is repaired and that we are comfortable. They don't try to sell us something that we don't need and give us different options on repair/replacement, when needed. (We have two units)

I don't normally write reviews for repair companies, as I think its hard to fix some things... my experience with annaville is the exception. I called them because a friend had referred me - the repair person showed up, looked briefly at the unit (it was leaking), and told me that it was working and he didn't know what the problem was. he didn't feel like getting his ladder to go on the roof, so wasn't going to charge me for it, and I needed to call when it was actually leaking. um. ok. the next day it continued to leak - I called another a/c repair company, they came and
