Bodiker Contracting, Inc. (BCI) was founded by Eric and Terri Bodiker as the culmination of their shared construction industry experience and expertise. Having both worked in the construction industry from the ground up through senior positions of management, Eric and Terri bring a vast wealth of experience and talent that has its roots back in the 1980s.
Commercial construction projects are a core competency for Bodiker Contracting. Our estimators, project managers, and support staff have worked together for more than twenty years and have over 75 years combined experience in the commercial industry. The entire process of having my garage build was better than I ever expected. They were on time every day to start working on the garage. The build was perfect the first time the city was able to inspect and approve the building. I highly recommend this company, they listen to what your needs are for your project and do not do shortcuts just to get by. Their calculation of costs was what I was expecting and I did not have any surprises at the end of construction.

And before any work was started, he put everything in writing with estimates for types of work so that we could make an informed decision. He also gave us an estimate of time for work completion. Even when we added changes after the work started, Eric discussed the new work involved, impact, if any, to ongoing work, and put estimates
