We had a new air conditioner installed on September 16th. Jacob and Sutton did the install and they were very efficient. They were very knowledgeable and explained what was being installed. They put down cloths on the floor to avoid any dirt being spread around. We also worked with Brad on pricing and it was very reasonable compared to other bids we received. Kirkwood is top notch and I would highly recommend this business.

An excellent crew to work with. I have worked with Brad and his crew professionally and have now had them install a new system at my home. The experience was as I expected. Everyone was professional. They were able to make our old duct system perform better than it had been with the old furnace. We went with a new Lennox system and heat pump and I couldn't be happier.

Called them because I received a mailer, they were local and they had installed the existing unit for previous owners. Wanted to repair my A/C if possible and practical.
Kirkwood's guy arrived on time, was polite and courteous, used footies when inside.
He proceeded to inspect the unit from a distance and reported to me where the leak was and how it was rusted out and recommended a complete new unit. When asked about repair, He said he could inject with a StopLeak type product and then fill with 8 lbs. new Freon, would cost $1200.00 +\- and no guarantee. Complete new Unit $7000.00 +/-.
