Good reliable local company. My only complaint is they are rather aggressive with their trimmer and the grass is trimmed so low at the edges some of it is starting to die. We also use the weed/fertilizer service and it hasn't seemed to help with the weeds very much. Great phone service when there is an issue. In general, I'm happy and would recommend this service.

Totally awesome experience! My lawn is healthier, weeds have been taken care of, everything is so green and beautiful. I have never loved being in my yard more! The customer service I have received is fantastic, all of my concerns and questions were answered quickly and with excellent knowledge. I am beyond impressed. Will be using again!

Numerous problems.
I have asked them many times to schedule my service dates on Fridays when we are home. We need to put our dogs away. I was contacted by the general manager by email and told that we could have our service day on Fridays no problem. I kept getting scheduled on days other than Fridays. Had to call or email to reschedule numerous times. I honestly don't think they have ever just scheduled me a Friday. I have always had to change it. Last Friday I emailed them AGAIN during business hours and asked to reschedule my appointment so that I would be home. My appointment was not

Working with the owner was pretty easy and convenient. When I asked for clarification as to what work would be done with our project, there seemed to be some confusion. Maybe it was a lack of terminology on my part but in the end they were able to get the work done for the amount agreed upon. Billing was quick and easy once I got the invoice but it did take a while before I saw the invoice. I don't have before pictures but basically everything was getting overgrown with weeds and they were able to come in and clean up the property. They did the work in one day and were able to haul away

Alex did an amazing job! He took the time to go down into our crawl space to make sure we had drained the valves for our sprinkler system correctly. He was great with our 4 year old “helper” that was very interested in everything he was doing. Overall they were professional, well priced, and super quick. We will definitely be using them for any future sprinkler or lawn needs!

I have some construction coming up on my property and I needed a quick turn around to clear an area of over grown brush and a fence moved. It was a small and odd project, but Jeff very quickly dropped by to consult on the project the same day I had emailed them. They couldn't help with the fence, which was fine, but they did get it cleared and sprayed super fast. Jeff also gave me contact info of someone that could help with the fence project.

Very frustrating company to work with. You can call for days and only get voice mail. Calls are not returned promptly, if returned at all. If this company wants to be a five star company, they need to jettison voice mail and have humans answer the phone during working hours.

We had Pacific tend to the lawn and garden for months before we finally moved to our new home in Spokane. They did a great job. We are on a corner lot with a big front and back yard with numerous trees and bushes. All have been well cared for and the staff at PLC have gone to great lengths to familiarize us with the needs of our yard in the winter months. Can't say enough about the friendly service!!

We own a rental property in Spokane and our tenants selected this lawn care service for bi-weekly lawn service. We've also been using them for sprinkler blowouts and the occasional yard clean up service. While their customer service is very responsive and friendly, there have been a few issues worth noting.

There is no other landscaping company we'll ever reach out to again after having worked with Josh. We've had them do several different services at our home and we will continue to use them going into 2019. Did an "ok" job on my shrub removal. I need to finish the job and burry the weed barrier, clean up the branches and leaves from the shrubs, and add some more rock to the flower beds. Overall, I can recommend Pacific Lawn for timeliness and schedule flexibility. They were also the ONLY landscaping company in the are that actually showed up to take on the job! Thanks guys!

I seriously can't say enough about this company. Best, most attentive customer service you could imagine. The owner, Josh, personally came out to do our bid for landscaping cleanup, lawn care, bush/tree trimming, etc. He clearly knew what he was doing and made us feel instantly like we were in good hands. He was able to schedule members of his team to come out and complete the work in less than a week and he personally called to confirm all requested services the day before. Reasonable prices, good and ethical owner and staff. Example: we have not had rain in nearly four weeks and we need to have our sprinkler system serviced. End result is that lawn is ugly, flat "hay" and we are on every-other-Wednesday mowing schedule. Lawn team came to the door this past Wednesday (7/19/17) and asked if they should mow and recommended against it, in the interest of saving both time and money. Our last gardener would have mowed raw dirt every 8-10 days with his capricious schedule . . . am impressed that staff and Josh (owner) are so considerate.
