Marcos did a great job explaining the issue I was having - he had expert knowledge and experience with making sure my garage door was fixed. After Eddy and Marcos left I called the Co for a copy of the invoice. I don't have anything bad to say about the 2 guys that came that's why I'm leaving my rating at 5 stars when it actually should be 1-2 stars. Just not satisfied that I was charged $1199 for the new garage opener which costs $500 or less elsewhere so for that I cannot recommend this place. I'm sure I was also overcharged for the other 14 parts too.

I accidentally closed my garage door on a ladder causing one side of the door to come off the track. After hours of failed attempts by my neighbor and I trying to fixit ourselves, we gave up and decided to call a professional to fix it. I made a call to Precision Doors to send someone out asap.
