Contacted them on Wednesday for a quote to install garage door opener, they responded with 2 options, chain or belt. We opted for chain. Made appointment for the next day, they came and installed within an hour and a half no issues. Installer was fast, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them. Thank you

I don't remember her name but the person on the phone was absolutely wonderful. She was fast and thorough with fitting me in the schedule and what to expect.
James was awesome, he came in within the time the person on the phone told me. He called me when he arrived and let me know what to expect as well. He really knows his stuff. Even though I asked multiple questions and clarification (I know nothing of garages). He was so patient and helpful. Great business.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity of Byers and Butler. We experienced a garage door falling off its track, which was stuck halfway and bent. We expected to have to replace the entire door and rail infrastructure.
We made an emergency call to Byers and Butler Garage Door and the technician arrived within a half hour and had the door repaired quickly and in a professional manner.
There was no pressure to buy a new door, even though that was our expectation, and the technician repaired the door so that it now operates smoother and quieter

Brad is a creative designer, work coordinator & certainly understands automated gate systems. I contacted several companies for bids on automated gate systems, Brad at Byers & Butler was the only one with a different idea to lower cost, use what I have & he would over see the work. I am so so happy with the results. Brad coordinated the work with 20th Century Wrought Iron & the electrician. This work was done in August & my gate is wonderful. I highly recommend Byers & Butler.

When you find a service company that does it right from start to finish, you want to let people know. My garage door would only close part way this morning because it is old, a wheel fell of the rails and two hinges were broken.
I called them at around 10 am, was told they would be here no later than 1 and showed up early at 11:30!! The technician called to say he was on the way before he came.
He immediately spotted the problem, reassured me I'd be back in business shortly and fixed not only the parts that were causing the shutting problem but identified a part that would be a problem soon

Last Sunday we came home and closed our garage behind our car. An hour later my husband tried to leave and we were trapped. Both cars were in the garage. He left a message for them and they were out first thing Monday morning. While our broken spring needed to be special ordered and they couldn't free us untill Wednesday, they made us first priority.

I had old garage springs that stopped working after I'd switched out my old, dead 1955-era garage opener for a brand new one which was so strong it pulled the screws out from my garage door! My dad had previously used Byers & Butler and recommended them to me. The first gentleman came out exactly when they said he would and did a fine job of temporarily bracing the unit back to the door so I could open it while they ordered a more modern opening mechanism. The work was done very professionally and the price was right.

We used to use Edgemont -- Byers bought them out -- the service at Byers is as good as the service was at Edgmont, which is saying a lot. The office told us when the tech would arrive, and he did, and he was great. His name was Ruben -- fast, competent, a real problem-solver.
I should add that we fully expected that we would have to buy a new garage door opener -- ours is 17 years old. Ruben said it was a stripped plastic gear inside the unit and we did not have to buy a whole new unit. He saved us more than $200. He could have told us that we needed a new unit and we never would have known

I used to use Edgemont Doors, but now they've been acquired by Byers & Butler. I was pleasantly surprised with the skill, service and pricing of B&B. They arrived promptly, and completed the job with exceptional quality. I must say, that they did a better job than I would normally have anticipated. I manage a large community of 150 units and Byers & Butler are our preferred vendor for the drive through gates and remotes. They've serviced this community before I came on board and I gave them a chance with the new owners. It's been a year and I've had nothing but great service from everyone at their office. The techs show up on time, are polite, they give me options. Their prices are reasonable but it's the great service that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend them for their services!
