Russ was a life saver. On a Sunday night with 105 heat our ac unit broke down. We also had two babies and a house full of kids. Russ was very responsive, called and he help diagnose a problem over the phone. He then came within 40 minutes of calling him. He was courteous, safe, knowledgeable and very professional. He had the problem fixed in no time. I would recommend his services no matter what, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. Again would not hesitate for him to be the first call every time for HVAC needs.

Very honest company.
The tenant complained of AC unit not cooling properly, the home warranty company sent someone that said it needed cleaning and that was not covered by warranty. So we looked for some reasonably priced company that had good reviews. After contacting Russell, we decided on a quote for cleaning inside and outside parts of the unit. Russell made it for the appointment and noted that the unit was in a fair condition and did not need immediate cleaning, he helped the tenant set up the thermostat. He just charged us for the diagnosis. Really appreciate the honesty and integrity.
