I was just in this store with my husband hoping to get some information on some doors, windows and siding but left with no information because 1st of all not one of the 10 employees there even said "hello can I help you with anything?" We walked around stop in each place we were interested in nothing even though they saw us!! Its hard not to notice a bald black lady. Needless to say we walked past 4 men at the check out and they didn't even say have a nice day

I purchased a sheet of MDO plywood and realized when I got it home it was bent, I called the store to have them exchange it. We could not find one sheet in a big stack that wasn't bent, I explained that this sheet is going to be used to make a small door so it needs to be flat. They could not come up with a flat one so I asked him to discount me a sheet and the Owner began yelling at me and called me a piece of Shi!. He then got in my face and threatened me and I told him if he touched me I would sue him, I also told him he could not handle me if he did touch me and he says the his girlfriend

It's been a headache working with this company, to say the least. After waiting weeks for my requested custom closet doors to be ordered, the wrong doors come in, for which I received no apologies by the company. I decided to order an additional standard sized door for another room to match these doors because my contractor told me they were cheap (with no specifics on what that means). I'm expecting Chace to contact me about ordering this new door, and maybe even apologize for their mistake. Next thing I know, there are multiple charges on my card amounting to something I don't

I'm not exactly a handy guy, so even though I've lived in Franklin/Foxboro most of my life, I had never been to Chace until today. My mom works at a major Boston hospital and, with the coronavirus, they're overrun and in dire need of personal protective gear for their medical staff. I went on a wild goose chase over the past 2 days trying to buy any and all respirator masks I could find -- in 2 days, I found 8 total across who knows how many stores -- to give to my mom so she could bring the supplies to her hospital. I thought I'd found every mask within an hour of me until

We have been using Chace Building Supply for quite a while and they are always friendly and on top of things. We generally order custom doors and lumber from them and have them deliver large amounts of supplies for our residential construction projects. I would highly recommend them to all builders needing a reliable supply house. Also great for quoting prices, ordering windows, and just answering questions of how or where to get things. Although rare, they own any mistakes they have and make it right. Good people all around

I was prompted to post this review after seeing Chase Lumbers' TV ad. It makes me mad that they tout their experience and how many years the owners have been in business over the big box retailers. I my opinion it just gives them more experience in "screwing the public". I have not stepped foot in Chase in over 10 years. My problems with them started when I was building a garage about 10 years ago. I brought a plan from a building designer ( not a full fledged architect). As part of the materials list was about 20 2x10's. I paid for the whole lot of materials and during an inspection

Worked with Jack for our kitchen cabinets. He was terrific in helping us design the set up and talking us out of mistakes we would have made. He also helped us when some of the cabinets arrived from the manufacturer looking a bit funny and also when we changed our minds about getting glass on one of the doors. The kind of service you would never get from the big box stores. We couldn't be happier and will work with them again when we get our closets redone.

I went into Chace today to see what was available for bathroom vanities. I had been to the big box stores and wanted to see what was available in custom-made vanities. Well, there were 2 employees in the kitchen/bath department and neither of them even looked up from their desk to speak to me. I looked around at the displays for awhile and saw some beautiful choices, but I felt so unwelcome that I left and will go back to the big box stores where the employees made me feel welcome and very happy to answer my questions!

This place is unbelievable. We had to reboard our PT deck and started shopping over the Spring for composite decking. We visited Koopmans, had two other companies come out and give us quotes, researched Home Depot/Lowes and ended up with Chace. Their service and helpfulness is second to none. Delivery of product and custom pieces were within 3 days. Never again will we be going to to big box stores when they have everything we need, and what they do carry far exceeds the quality of the bigger chains. Best of all, they were the best price for the quality of every item we purchased.

My window glass broke,find the Chace foxboro from the window above,and then go to the Chace foxboro found a woman who is responsible for the windows for taking about warranty she began to find fault, and finally she agreed time next week came to the house to check, the she disappeared and didn't call to me don't email me, i was so disappointed white their after-sale service!
