I was in desperate need to have the swimming pool of water in my back yard
taken care of due to a heavy rainfall for over a week and water was everywhere. This was due to the fact the builder never buried the gutters or hooked them up to the storm/drainage. Being a senior citizen I was at a loss of how to take care of this problem before it started to go into my basement. I googled everything and came across dyna mole, i spoke with a Mika who was wonderful and understanding. We made an appt. he was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Our gas was shut off due to leaks and we couldn't find anyone to come out. The owner came to give us an estimate and said he'd do the job himself. So impressed with his punctuality, knowledge and honesty.

I used Dyna Mole to install two water hydrants in my garden and I cannot give them high enough praise. Micah and his crew were very professional and very thorough. They kept in contact with me and finished the job beautifully!

I have a few rental properties and Dyna Mole and Micah have always been excellent at being able to come look at whatever issue I have, along with fix my issue quickly, and for a reasonable fee. Micah is always honest and doens't try to make me spend money on fixing something if it isn't necessary. It’s rare these days but my experience with Micah and Dyna Mole has been amazing. This past October I had them replace my sewer main using their pipe bursting equipment. When I called the office for a quote the woman took my information and said someone would call to setup a time. Micah called within 15 minutes and came out that day to scope the line and provide an estimate. I had the written episode that day by email.
Micah was always available and answered my emails or calls right away. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer the hard questions.

Extremely impressed by Lou and his handyman that came today and replaced my entire water line. They were able to keep my landscape intact without ruining my property. I highly recommend them for anyone facing similar issues with water lines. They were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. We had Dyna Mole of Rochester put in a new water main line at my residence. They were able to get the job done in a day and a half and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. Micah was able to answer all of my questions and when I called him, he responded almost immediately when I left a message. His crew was very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend them.
