Chris, our technician, has helped us with both bat exclusion and recently diagnosed some mouse activity around our house. He has been extremely knowledgeable and communicates each situation and potential solutions clearly. The call center was able to schedule an inspection/estimate that met my needs. My technician, Carl, called prior to arriving and was very prompt. Carl is a perfect living characterization of a professional. He is an expert in his field, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with, explaining the plan to treat my home and answering all of my questions. I decided to contract Ravens based on my confidence found in Carl being the technician. So far, I am two out of four services in and we have not seen anymore vole and mole activities. I've utilized Raven's services three times now, once when selling a house and twice now for my new home. My technician, Troy, was so helpful, punctual, professional, and efficient. He has a real passion for his work and for customer service and I can’t recommend him enough.

We started using Raven about 9 months ago after a friend who had been raving about them for years recommended them and we could not be happier. I highly recommend Raven Termite & Pest. Joe is an Entomologist and knows his bugs! I think he even likes them! Kevin and Jutta are also great! Not only do we use them personally, but also for all of our real estate buyers. They have helped us get rid of unwanted pests in a matter of days when our previous pest company took 3 weeks, didn't get rid… of them, and almost caught our house on fire! Raven is also honest, reliable, and very reasonably priced! We have a quarterly service contract with them, and I recommend this to all of our buyers, friends and family.

This company is THE BEST! From the moment I called in a panic about the creature in my attic I was treated kindly and professionally. Turns out, I had a mama raccoon and her newborn pups up there. Joe listened to my concern that she or pups would die or get injured if we extracted them at that moment and he gave me a plan that allowed HER to… safely take her pups out of my attic (light and sound aversion did the trick.) I have used all the well known pest control companies. They hooked me into annual plans and I soon found out why. They have to come back usually no weekly or monthly because they never get rid of the pests. You have to clean out kitchen cabinets and live with the mess for months. Not true with Raven. No inconvenience, no mess and it's usually one and done. I can't recommend them more highly. They get an A++
