We were blown away by the outstanding service received from Better Termite! We required a specific inspection for closing on a VA loan refinance and time was of the essence. Unfortunately, I have cancelled my service with Better Termite & Pest Control today. I was notified today that technicians have been servicing the exterior of my property for the last two months without any authorization or confirmation. I have NOT receive any notification via email or phone. The technicians did not leave a note or knock on my door to let me know they were on property. I have been working from home for the last two months and have NOT seen the technicians cars/trucks or the technician(s)s on site. I was quite pleased with the service until today.
