My wife and I are very pleased with all aspects of working with the Floor Store. Randy (the salesperson we worked with) was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the carpet we chose for our home. He also kept us informed as to when our carpet would arrive from the manufacturer and when installation would start and finish. We could not be more pleased with how great the new carpet looks! Thank you Randy, the installers and the Floor Store for a job well done! At our age, we hope to not ever have to do it again. But if we do, we will choose the Floor Store! They were that good!

Just had for rooms of carpet installed at our home. The service was exceptional and timely. The Floor Store has a get selection of high quality carpet at prices better than the big box stores. Everything from showroom selection, in home measurements, and installation went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this business.

I cannot thank Randy and his crew enough for how quickly and efficiently they were able to install new carpet in my home. I called Randy on a Saturday and he went above and beyond to make sure that I would have new carpet by the following Thursday. His installer, Fidel and his helper, were very quick and professional. I know I would have paid a lot more anywhere else, and I was so happy to be supporting a local business. These guys are fantastic.

It is always my wish to shop locally and from small businesses as apposed to big box stores whenever possible. The Floor Store (Tory Martinez) had a bigger variety of flooring, was not only professional but friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn't be more pleased about doing business with them/him. Definitely looking forward to getting my kitchen floor redone.
