Very unprofessional. They didn't order my tile before it got discontinued, and they had notice from the company. With that said I had to start all over again and has set my kitchen remodel back 6 weeks. They even tried to sell me a 12x12 which was what we were removing. If they had half stars for rating I wouldn't even give them that..
