I had Mario and his crew out to replace a flat, second story deck. Water had been leaking through to my first floor. Figured a roofing company would do a good job, treating it essentially like a flat roof with the associated drainage problems. Mario and his guys were extremely professional, gave me a great price, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and even did me a few extra favors I needed done around the house. The final product is exactly what I need and should keep from leaking for many years. Thanks guys!!

MJC Roofing LLC was available immediately to come out to my home and inspect a perceived problem I noticed on my roofs ridge cap. They examined the roof top and assured me it had been installed as required to vent a vaulted interior ceiling. This was done as a courtesy without a minimum charge to do so. I recommend this company highly!

I'm so happy with my new roof, and so relieved that we could get it done in the current situation (pandemic apocalypse), which did cause a slight delay in getting started, but Crystal kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Plus she just has a wonderful phone manner, very pleasant to speak to. When the day arrived, Mario and his crew showed up good and early and worked all day for two days to put the new roof on, complete with some extra vents. The crew seems very tight knit, they work well together, get along and make each other laugh. They swept and raked and cleaned up at the end

I would also like to thank you for the professional approach to the job. From the very beginning Mario told me what to expect and how he would approach the job. I had collected four bids, out of the four it was Mario's approach and the way the bid showed what was going to happen that lead me to pick MJC roofing to complete the job. The night of the first day we had a storm with high winds and rain, it was above the call of duty that Mario showed up at 9:30 at night to check and make sure things were not being blown all over the place. Exceptional company to work with. They were not the lowest bid, but also weren't the highest. They were very professional and always kept me informed. I was impressed that instead of speeding along and taking the whole old roof off first, they do it in portions to ensure the roof is always covered. They also made sure that my plants and outdoor furniture were covered so no materials would fall or be displaced . . After every work day, they would ensure my exterior was always cleaned. At the end of the process they sent me a thank you card and my warranty certificate.

Mario and his wife Crystal were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive in submitting a bid for our roof late in the season and we found their prices to be very fair for the quality of the roofing product we selected. Communication was timely and responsive and the crew did a wonderful job with the re-roof as well as the roof on the new addition. From the beginning,they were the best he went up on my roof and looked at everything and did his measurements. All the other quotes I got from other company's didn't even come look at the roof,they just did a satellite picture of my roof and gave me a rough estimate.
They sent me there bid 2 days later. And it explained everything they were going to do. The woman I was in contact with was very professional and responsive when I needed more info and also when there was a mix up with my deposit (100% my fault). They were very understanding and helpful.
