What hardwater is doing to peoples shower glass is wrong. Consumers spend good money on shower glass and within a few years the glass looks like a sheet of fog rolled up into their bathroom. Then starts the purchasing of multiple products and lots of scrubbing to try to get their shower glass looking decent again?

I gave this company a 5 star rating. Mike and his partner did an excellent job of cleaning, resealing our bathroom shower tile and granite counter top and wash basin. In addition they cleaned and brightened our Kitchen sink. Very professional, polite, and business like. Showed up with one week of our request for service. I would never use another company. They are the best.

Mike and his team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and take a great deal of pride in their workmanship. When we bought our new construction home, 12 years ago, we didn’t realize the granite kitchen counters and large island, as well as our marble bar top were never sealed. Very good work done, we had our new granite sealed. Only reason this isnt 5 stars is because I really had to fight (practically beg) for an appointment. Email after email, call after call, I didnt get an appointment for weeks. Appointment rolls around, guy is nice and on time. Then it's another couple weeks before I get the invoice. I realize the owner is handling everything, but as far as customer service goes.. theres definitely room for improvement.

Being first time home owners there was so much we didn't know about keeping a home in good shape. Lucky for us, Northwest is nearby! They were in and out in only a few hours but the change in the bathroom was remarkable...mold, water marks, yellowing grout, all gone! They were very professional and punctual. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mike (now doing business as Northwest Tile and Stone Care). I hired him to seal the granite in my new home after I stained it so that I could avoid future stains. He could have removed the stain for me and charged me for it, but instead, on his own time and at no cost to me, he taught me how to do it myself. He was giving with his time and advice after normal business hours even though he had a newborn baby at home. He did a great job sealing the granite and again gave me some excellent advice on maintaining it. I think he's great and I'd use him again in a heartbeat

We hired Mike to service every tile and marble surface in our house, and he did an amazing job.
Our walk-in shower was badly in need of tile repair on many surfaces, and he repaired it to better-than-new condition. In addition, he removed nearly 20 years of haze from the shower walls. They look better than ever.
He removed a messy grout mistake from around our soaking tub and regrouted everywhere. It looks clean and neat, and best, is now fully protected.

We used Clean Grout a couple years ago to clean and treat our tile and granite surfaces. He did a good job so we called to have him come back to do this again for us. We called him 3 times. The first contact, he was driving and said he'd call us back. He didn't. We left 2 subsequent messages for him and he didn't call us back. He did call us back after I left a 4 message for him telling him about his poor customer service, that evidently he didn't need our business and that we were calling other grout cleaners. I contacted Mike at Clean Grout NW after being referred to him by Shoomadoggie in Poulsbo. I had discolored tiles on my shower floor, and Mike did two things to earn my 5-star rating. First, over the phone he taught me how to clean my shower drain myself in case that fixed the problem. It didn't, but it saved me from having to call a plumber. Second, he came to look at the problem and showed me a popular online forum so I could see how common this situation is and how it isn't worth spending a fortune to rip out my shower floor. The peace of mind alone has been priceless.
