Services
Founder and President Mike Rollins, started working for a custom home builder at the age of fifteen. Seeing the construction process from start to finish over many projects sparked his interest in the construction business. Throughout his high school and college education, he worked for several prominent commercial general contractors to expand his knowledge and experience to the commercial sector.

At Paparone & Rollins we're not seeking to build the largest or most expensive homes in the developments in which we build, however, we're certainly striving to build some of the nicest. After looking at a number of builders in the Low Country we selected Paparone & Rollins. Could not be happier with the home they built for us. The quality and craftsmanship is fantastic.
