When we decided to move to Bluffton, SC and build a house it was by far the riskiest financial decision of our life. We did not know anyone in SC so finding a trustworthy contractor who did quality work was our first priority. We looked at 5 contractors and could not have been happier with our choice of Jacoby and Sons.

While I hate to have to do this, the fact that Jacoby & Sons are non-responsive to issues after they get your money is not right! Our problem is with Snell Landscaping & Jacoby & Sons. If you have a problem with one of their sub contractors, they are non-responsive and they leave you to fight alone. I had to get an Attorney, and now, we are filing for an outside Landscaping Company to fix the problem and suing both Snell & Jacoby & Sons for damages. Not the way it should be after you build a custom home? Unfortunately, Builders and their Sub Contractors are printing money because of the growth
