Simple Man Handyman installed new base trim throughout my home, dry wall patch, door install and paint (perfect matching). It came out great! Ty, the owner has great communication skills. Lucas and Jonah were also very pleasant to work with. Simple Man home services made it easy to do several projects that I thought we’re going to be a hassle. Pricing was upfront and reasonable. They made it easy! I highly wholeheartedly recommend Simple Man.

Email and text communications were answered quickly, we were able to quickly fit into their schedule, and the tech's were courteous and polite as well as being on time.
I am already planning on calling when I need some more painting done and I'm looking at other things they can help me out with also.

We hired Ty with Simple Man Handyman to install and paint stair skirt trim on our carpeted stairs. From our initial inquiry through the entire process, he was extremely prompt and professional. On the day of the job, Ty met two of his guys (who were also awesome and professional) at our house to go over the job. He checked back in a couple of times throughout the day, and at the end, came back to inspect the work and make a minor adjustment himself. Both he and his guys did excellent work. We are extremely pleased with the result and would absolutely recommend Simple Man Handyman!

I highly recommend Ty with Simple Man Handyman! He replaced window seal trim & caulking on the outside of our home after it was damaged by hail. His work is very meticulous & well done - he even took the time to patch up a few extra spots he saw at no extra cost. Ty is prompt, polite, and an excellent communicator with scheduling & follow-up work to complete the job.
