With a background in engineering, Jeff Suiter, who will be the on-site project manager and will oversee your project from start to finish, has a complete understanding of the structure of the house from the foundation to the peak of the roof. We make sure that design and construction of the house is structurally sound and BUILT TO LAST.

If one is committed to building cheap, look elsewhere. Conversely, if building quality at a fair price is the focus, Suiter Construction is the master.
Jeff Suiter made the building process a pleasure for us; his passion for detail was remarkable. If we were to build again in the Charleston area, he would be the only builder we would consider.
