The management of this company has changed and quality is terrible. I had been a customer for almost two years with no problems. Then they changed my regular amazing cleaners (Meika and Jennifer) to two individuals who did nothing in my home and still charged me. I complained and they assured me they would send my regular cleaners back. One cleaning happened and was great then no one showed up for a month because the manager forgot to schedule me. Whether this was punishment for complaining or a lack of professional, I am finished. I would highly recommend a new company as Mike is not dependable
