WKW Construction, LLC (t/a Woodard Group) was founded by Keith Woodard, Jerry Kint, and Nancy Weiss in 1989 and is now an established commercial contractor that serves the greater Hampton Roads, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach region. Keith and Nancy remain partners to this day. With over 40 years of commercial construction and development experience, Keith held many positions in the industry prior to forming Woodard Group in 1989.
Woodard Group's general contracting team employs a full office staff in addition to its team of field superintendents and cabinet makers. The full team enables Woodard Group to work around the clock to meet the needs of every client. We are here to answer your calls and questions any time of day and be your partner in your construction venture.

The majority of Woodard Group's construction focus, volume, and production is through our tenant improvement (TI) work. Whether in high-rise buildings or stand-alone office spaces, we are called upon frequently to provide interior renovations, remodels, and upfits for all manner of commercial spaces including (but not limited to) corporate offices, medical/dental suites, and retail locations.
