We purchased Statuary Tile or so we thought. It turns out we were charge up to $44.00 a square foot on portions of this promised top grade material only to discover it is flawed, has no uniformity, came from 3 different suppliers and the base and Bullnose pencils don't match. We paid thousands and thousands of dollars.. CASH only to VIP as that's how they operate only to get what our new installers are calling the lowest grade and not installable material. VIP won't contact us. They already sold us FAKE premium top grade Thassos and Black Granite for a very high price only to discover

I had a fireplace installed on my lower level and went into VIP Tile and Stone knowing they'd do an excellent job since I've used them previously for a backsplash in my kitchen. The tile Philip helped me choose turned out amazing. The installer couldn't have been more of a perfectionist either. This is a family business that makes you feel like you're their top priority and no job is too small. Between Philip's knowledge of product and design and Mark's installation expertise it couldn't have gone smoother. Don't go to the big stores. You won't be disappointed

VIP is the place for your flooring needs. When my fiance and I moved into our new apartment, we needed a rug for the living room. Phil and his team were awesome. The rug met our specifications perfectly and it's totally transformed our home. Thank you VIP!!!

Phillip and Mark truly listen to and prioritize customer needs. Offer suggestions and take time to educate you on new products. Then their work crew all were people we were happy to have in our house. Installation was such a fun experience we already have recommended multiple times and certainly will use VIP on all future projects.

WATCH OUT! VIP took my marble pieces and won't call me back. They fabricated a couple pieces summer 2015 and promised that the several other very expensive marble pieces they were holding for me would be in good care and available when I needed them. I have tried to contact the owner 8 times over the past 5 weeks (Jan/Feb 2016) and I received one response saying he has no idea where my marble is and then radio silence. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of these dishonest, non-responsive individuals!!

Excellent Service, Quality Products & Beautiful Work. I had completed a very large rehab and hated my new kitchen backsplash. Poor choice of tiles and poor craftsmanship. I was told to go to VIP Stone and Tile-they had a reputation for quality- and to speak to Phillip. I brought a photo to the showroom and he was able to find exactly what I wanted. Beautiful Italian tiles in a variety of colors. The VIP team of craftsmen installed the new backsplash with as minimal disruption to me as possible. They were extremely professional and courteous. I plan to use them again in the future for two more bathroom

I was incredibly impressed with the level of service that I received from Philip on a recent trip to VIP Stone and Tile. I was looking for something very specific that they did not carry in the showroom and he really went the extra mile to try to find it for me, even suggesting a competitor's showroom. While I ultimately purchased carpet runners from another rug shop, I would absolutely work with Philip again in the future- I know that he really tries his best to make sure that his clients' needs are met!

VIP has an amazing showroom. As soon as you walk in, you become engulfed in gorgeous stone and tile. They have a vast selection of mosaics and they are absolutely stunning! They also have great display of hardwood, laminates and carpet. The customer service is beyond par and the best in the industry.

Phillip did an amazing job helping us remodel our home. We went into the showroom not knowing what we wanted and left VIP with tile, vanity tops, and carpet. We even went as far as scrapping our plans for a wood floor and installed tile that looks like wood. Phillip took the time to help us plan and design a color scheme that matched our tastes and Mark was there everyday overseeing the installation. Tile prices are competitive and all products offered are top of the line.

My experience with VIP was ok. The customer service experience was mixed with some communication issues and project delays. They did work to meet my needs and follow up with any concerns that arose throughout the project. The floors also look amazing and I'm very happy with the final result.

I love the guys at VIP Stone & Tile in Highwood. They helped me find not only great looking travertine tile, but also a really great deal for my bathroom renovation. They have tons of options, offer quick turnarounds and they really know their stuff. I recommend them very highly and will definitely be heading back there when I renovate the other bathrooms in my house!

VIP Stone and Tile is a hidden gem on the Northshore. I have driven by is 100 times and thought it was a tiny little specialty shop. Was I wrong. They have everything you could want when it comes to tile flooring and back splashes. It is a bit like a Mom and Pop shop in that they are very friendly and down to earth and extremely helpful . . . but they can get anything and a really great prices.

My builder was supposedly passing on "contractor pricing" , but Mark at VIP beat every price and had everything delivered right to the house. I even found a few had to get tiles on line
